Date Policy

This document describes the information process in the activities of Flazio and other products and features offered by Flazio (Products or Products Flazio).


I. What information do we collect?

To enable you to create your website by using the service, Flazio, we need to process some information about you. The type of information we collect depends on the services of Flazio service you are using and how you use them. The data that you will require are required to register your domain name, to enable the proper functioning of all the services of Flazio, and to enable features and services of their own or of third parties. In the latter case, the data will be automatically provided to the third party in order to simplify procedures (e.g. e-mail, paypal, domains, Tucows, etc.)


Information and content provided

We collect the content, communications, and other information provided by the user when using our services, including when you register an account, creates and shares content, and interacts with its customers. This activity may relate to information on the content that you provide (such as metadata), information and sensitive data relating to your person or to your business. It can also include actions performed inside the web site, so we can provide you suggestions about some of the features of the site or some of the actions to take to improve it, as for example the indexing of the website on search engines.

Information by the partner

We will retain the data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and Products Flazio, or until your account is not deleted, depending on what occurs first. It is a determination case by case basis that depends on factors such as the nature of the data, the reason for which they are collected and processed and the requirements for legal or operational conservation relevant. For example, when you search something on Flazio, you can access and delete the query from your search history at any time. When you delete your account, delete the site you posted and its content, like your photos and your texts, and you will not be able to retrieve that information later. The information that others have shared about you through the features of Flazio are not part of your account and will not be deleted. VIII. How to respond to legal requests or prevent harm?

We access, store and share your information with the control Bodies, the forces of law and order in the following cases

The information that we collect about you (including financial transaction data related to purchases made on Flazio) are accessible and kept for a long period of time when they are the object of a request or legal obligation, governmental investigation, or investigations of possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent damage. We also keep the information of the accounts disabled for violations of our terms for at least a year to prevent abuse of repeated or other violations of the terms.


IX. How we handle and transfer the data as part of our comprehensive services?
